For over 90 years since its founding, Kamakura Inoue Kamaboko Store has been committed to traditional methods, using carefully selected ingredients and making fish paste from fish in its own factory. We continue to produce kamaboko (fish cakes) that bring out the natural flavor of the fish, without using any preservatives or chemical seasonings. Our offerings include "Umebana Hanpen," which reflects the beauty of the red and white plum blossoms blooming in Kamakura in early spring; "Koban-age," inspired by the lucky coins of Zeniarai Benten Shrine; and seasonal items that celebrate the changing seasons of Kamakura. We offer a refined taste, both simple and classic, that is unique to this long-established Kamakura store
